I drove to Harrogate and back 🚗 to go to a discussion about a cancer conference. It was nice driving and things but it was too early for my meds hangover which was tricky and also the conference discussion thing was hard and now my head is sad.
But I did successfully rescue a chest of drawers left outside my flat so A+ adulting there.
I am going to take my sleeping tablets tonight and try and get some sleep because I haven’t the last two nights and I’m exhausted. Also my CPN rang to say my referral has been accepted. Still clueless as to quite what I’ve been referred to but maybe this unknown entity will help.
