What do you do when life dumps on you? You do your best at work, you feel grateful for having two incredible jobs and some lovely colleagues, you try to be okay with your outfit, you shake it off and show up anyway because mental illness has taken enough without taking work too. You fake it until you feel it again. It's okay it's okay it's okay.
Keep telling yourself it's going to be OK until you start to believe it, then once you believe it things will be OK (at least, that's my experience anyway)
