@seacreature when we picked him up from the breeder, she gave us a little bag with some toys, a collar (still too big!), information on training, food, and a blanket which she went and rubbed on his mum and wrapped him in...so sweet and thoughtful.
@narayani Giving you the blanket with his mother's smell was indeed a thoughtful touch. I believe it shows she really cares and is not just making money out of breeding. When we had to leave Holly in hospital for a few days some time ago, I walked around with a soft toy in my armpit for hours, and then took it with me when I went to visit her so she could cuddle up with it.
