the Dogwood challenge for this week is "edge cut sun"... which is something i've never heard of before, but i think i do it a lot... it seems to be about shooting into the sun with something between the camera and the sun... as i couldn't think of anything else to do tonight i decided to try to emulate it with a lamp... the Dogwood challenge had an extra twist of stopping down the camera for a star burst effect... however i wasn't overly thrilled with the results so i played around a bit with f/2.8 and ended up with this... and that, folks, is all she wrote tonight... catch y'all tomorrow!
