Thanks to a new smartphone with a pedometer app, I try to walk as much as possible. Yesterday I took 4000 steps, today 5000. The application says that according to my parameters, 6000 steps are very good for me.
Those ducks that were resting on the ice yesterday, out of 4 birds, only one duck remained. I think they rested and flew on.
