Found this building in Anaheim covered in lights that change color, so I whipped out my aperture kit and...viola! Ok, not exciting but its all I got!

@egad Thanks! Its a cover for your lens that has a shape punched out and it makes the bokeh in the same shape as the cover. I have a lensebaby and you can buy a kit for it.
