Aging beauties

I don't know what these looked like as flowers but I just love them as dead weeds! These things stand taller than me (which isn't that hard) all in their spiky dried up glory!
The girls are hosting a sleep over tonight. It's almost midnight and I finally got a moment to post a pic! Now for a stiff drink! ;o)
