We took Izzy out to dog beach for the first time! She was a little nervous at first but as you can see she got over that real quick! I wish her paws weren't cut off in this shot tho!

she looks excited too--U don't used leash?-my lil' chihuahua was almost attack by another dog yesterday & am glad she was wearing a leash and was able to pull her away from that mean dog..Just watch her from those. bitches.)
@jodimuli I know! I was worried about the same thing! Everyone has to leash their dog until you get to the sand. after that the rule doesn't apply. I kept a close eye on her but everything went fine!
That's one very happy looking girl! Wish I was closer to the beach to see how my lot would react. They love swimming in the dams, so would probably love the sea.
She does look like she is enjoying the run. It is back to reality today, so we will see how today goes. This is a tough holiday to adjust to between Thanksgiving and Christmas

I will also caution you as it's not the responsible dog owners you need to worry about. There are people who think it's a great doggie daycare and leave their "aggressive" dogs unattended. I lived & worked in the area at one time and saw it often. Perhaps a retractable leash? :)
How cute! I do that so often with Sasha. She is alway running around and running at me so I either cut off ther feet or her tail. LOL What a happy happy Izzy. Great fun shot!.

And amusingly my parents dog is called Izzy and she humps the life out of a pug cross, she is very confused :D
