On my way back from work a beautiful full moon, low on the horizon, just above the mountaintops. Unfortunately I couldn't stop in the middle of the road, so made my picture at home and when it was already darker.
I cropped the bottom of the picture, sign posts and a van in the way.
Cool how we're all looking at the same moon and taking photos of it even though we're all over the globe. I tried to get a good shot of the moon tonight, but without a tripod, it was just a blur.
well,as coincidence would have it, i had take the same shot yesterday but decided last minute to use a morning shot instead .my shot was too dark to use...You surely have done well with your shot, even capturing the halo around the Moon...Nice shot!
What is the light rectangle on the top of the right hand side of the pic ?
