What a day, blowing a gale as I load this. Mrs P gone to Spain to see some friends and I am investigating a cycle turbo trainer. Need to get on the bile for the ride in June, gym fees are horrific(just for a training bike) and have no intention in going out in weather like this.

tis super. My father has prostate cancer, he wasn't allowed an operation due to a mini stroke a few years before and got offered injections. He calls those his monthly horse shots...LOL Keep on cycling!
Good for you and thanks for helping to spread the message. My Dad sadly had prostate cancer which was the main cause of his death. I urge every man out there to take the test.
Yep, we all should take the test. Far too many lives are lost because of not wanting the slight embarrasment, and avoiding the Dr because of it. Things have to change.
great dof and tones - and yes, everyone should get regularly tested, (and I must rebook one of my regular scans that they gave me an impossible date for and have limited times to call to change it)
