OK, it isn't exactly blue sky, and it isn't here anymore, but for a moment there was light instead of grey and rain, well actually it was still raining, and I went out and searched without success for rainbows. The ground squishing like a sponge beneath my feet and every low spot in the grass was a pond. Usually this view is one I only post at sunset time as it is due west of my house. When I moved in 16 years ago the smaller field of trees was grass.
Lovely light and it creates such beautiful shadows! Nice framing with the tree branches and beautiful pov .. trees sure do grow fast in sixteen years, don't they.
