My baby boy, and his girl on their way to dinner to celebrate their first anniversary as a couple. They have both been accepted to the same university for next year and life looks good, but they are still babies in these Old Lady eyes.
Cute couple!! You're in the bridge area- the time when they're no longer children, still "teens" but rapidly moving into young adulthood! The hardest part of this time is recognizing how what you've taught them and instilled in them becomes their own- it doesn't always "look" the way you expect it to!

i feel like singing 'sunrise, sunset'. i echo ann's @olivetreean sentiments. we have to just assure ourselves that we did the best for them and hope they make the most of it to better their lives. handsome boy and very sweet girl. they make a good pair. and thank you for giving us a glimpse of your beautiful home.
