Christmas Leftovers

The poinsettias were meant to come visit for the holidays but have been here about 10 years now.

Every time they start fading and losing leaves, I water them with water from my aquarium and they revive.

I'm not a new fan of black and white but it has been a week out of my comfort zone. One more day!

I don't seem to have luck with poinsettias. Either there's not enough rain here or too much. Probably the longest I've had one survive is 5 yrs. Good shot!

you know, that's the one thing good with poinsettia - they photograph well even in black and white, you can ID them right away. wonderful shot, dixie. i know, one more day! i have a few shots i'm considering so i'm dilly-dallying by catching up on my commenting.
