Thankful For Warmth by pandorasecho

Thankful For Warmth

Wednesday's thankful4 are the man-made things. With the storms of November, It is easy to remember to be thankful for my woodstove and a way to generate heat in this old house.

My passions have never jumped out of the fireplace and set fire to the carpet.

If you are the one then us meeting here is fate. Future with a dog named Ben, buy a house with a fireplace. This is the first I've seen your face but there a chance we are soulmates.

Love our wood stove too! Especially in Jan/Feb when it's bitter cold here.

Good shot. A warm fire is so nice in the winter time.

I love this stove! We are unusually warm on this Thanksgiving - 67. But that won't last long and I'll be sitting in front of my own fire.

There is also a "warmth" theme this week. Be sure to tag. Nothing like a cozy warm fire to give a house that homey feel.

back in the old country we use a woodstove for cooking. i still remember how to lit a fire on the woods without putting kerosene on them. i'd like to try my pots and pans on woodstove even though they're not like the ones we had growing up with dents and all that. this looks like that tv channel so popular here during the holiday season!
