Star Wars Fan

The younger son was always the one who got my love of stories and understood me, and when I read the poem that h wrote about who he ws and the art that went with it, I realized that he understood himself fairly well too.

three good things
1. sharing things you love with your kids
2. discovering amazing differences in you kid
3. discovering new things in you because of your kid

I was able to read the poem viewed large. This certainly is a treasure, Dixie! Makes me want to dig into this huge box I have that contains my childrens' artwork when they were young. Oh dear.....I can see another project looming ;-)

Isn't it fun to have these snippets of expression. I have an essay that Christopher (my soccer son) wrote about the World Cup match we saw in Giant's Stadium and the feeling of seeing the astro turf removed and grass in its place. It's priceless to me! What a fun keepsake!
