The word of the day was Planning, and we were planning a meal that no amount of planning could prepare us for, Hard, dried cornbread and raw in the middle biscuits and mushy canned peas/carrots. But the collection of covered bridge shots was fun. I've seen most of them in the daytime over the years, but this time we were just driving through at night.
