They look so flower-like -- and I love the colors either reflected in a baking tray, or showing through a glass baking dish. There's sort of an M.C. Escher type of illusion that is puzzling me. I can't tell what the hot pad is under or over. It's protruding from under presumably what the onions were/are baked in. But, like a Moebius strip, as I follow the front edge of the baking dish around, it ends up looking like it is underneath the hot pad, instead of on top of it. Making me crazy looking at it... FAV anyway.
