I have a glam-baby. Let's be correct, now. I'm way too young and too fabulous to be a grandma. I'm a glam-mom.

Well actually, I'm willing to be as Grandmotherly as Daisy wants. If she wants me in a rocking chair reading to her in a creaky, soft voice and baking cookies and hobbling as slow as she crawls, I'll smile and oblige
you're a fabulous looking grandma. when the boys were born, their mother's mother refused to be called grandma so they had to call her "nanay" which is mother in english. i'd gladly be called "lola" which is grandma in filipino. i love being grandma.
I should save this for my self-stories, but I can't! When Erick and Becky first announced we were to become grandparents, I met the news with mixed emotions. Absolutely and truthfully happy on the outside, but on the inside thinking, "I am WAY too young to be a GRANDMOTHER!" However one day I started doing the math. I figured out how old my grandparents would have been when my impending arrival was announced. Turns out I wasn't too old after all. (o: And now I can't wait to hear a little voice say, "Grammy!"
@olivetreeann I love that feeling, even thigh the adopted girl is the only oe old enough to talk, and of course isn't legally adopted, I still love the name Grandma in her voice
