how deep is the water when it's high tide? as in this photo, right? i'm pretty sure you've posted in the past one that has a pathway to the lighthouse. good one, dixie.
@summerfield good question and when I google it I get this picture and your question as the top hit. I don't know how deep it gets. I'm estimating only maybe ten feet or so but it's an isthmus during low tide and an island during high tide. The big tsunami in 1964 split and went around it. It's pretty and accessible and haunted but our Point St George light is the real deadly dragon with the fascinating history.
