Today I took my son to "our nation's capital", Canberra. He has volunteered to assist at the National Folk Festival over Easter, so while he was undertaking training, I was taking photos.
Had just about gotten through a roll and half of film, and was lying down on ground to take a shot up this walkway of flag on Parliament House when I got photobombed by a tourist group on segways. Segued from analogue to digital.
Very cool picture!
Huge congratulations on the top 20 # 1 (2 pictures, wow!)
Your pictures are a world of beauty on the other side of the world!
Now I want to know Brisbane...one day!
You could almost buy a new Canon L Series lens for the cost of all the film and processing during a month. You were actually Segway bombed as I was preciously. http://365project.org/morrisroos/365/2011-09-18
Great story!! Check out the dude with the green helmet. I think he's pointing at you and laughing... the nerve... but of all things to photobomb you, I'm guessing segways are the funniest!
Thanks for the chuckle!!
Really cool shot! I have always wanted to try one of these! I saw Edward Sharpe and the magnificent zeros last summer. They are very entertaining and great band!
I almost had a run in with one of these on the boardwalk by Santa Monica Pier yesterday! LOL! I was so "focused" on taking photos and wasn't watching where I was walking! :-). This brought back some vivid memories!
(Don't understand the technicals but great pic!)
