Little beauty

...Mt Bushwalker, Morton National Park.

Over the weekend I went back to Mt Bushwalker. After some rain during the week, and under shining sun, I was greeted by the greatest diversity of wildflowers I have ever seen in the bush. What's more, I was the only person out on the trail.

Taken with Olympus OM-1 using Zuiko 50mm f/1.4 lens and 20mm extension tubes on Fuji Superia 400 then developed in Tetanla C41 Two Bath Kit.
Simply stunning, the star of the show!

Have seen a few around these parts as well...as long as you go for a bit of a drive.

@swilde now is it just totally lovely, or quite lovely. You are being a little indecisive between both of your comments above. A bit unlike you!

The experience of being alone on the trail with the wildflowers sounds awesome. I love the photos you took. These stand out so well from the dark background.
