Morphed (mystery illness 1)

11:30pm rushed to hospital in excruciating pain. Was given pain relief, muscle relaxants and other medication. Pain relief took effect and pretty soon was dead to world hooked up to monitors. My partner, Melody, took this portrait on iPhone.
