Beyond the Old Buddhist Temple in Sabang there is a path to a waterfall that plunges down the side of Kapwas Mountain to the sea. It provides water to the village and temple.
Marvin decided to join us on out trek. He lived next to the temple, and makes a bit of pocket money from tips we guessed. He was a quietly spoken and polite boy.
Along the path signs have been erected. This one read: "If you find your mind tempted and so entangled in greed you must suppress and control the temptation; be the master of your mind."
If you want to see and drink from this waterfall, perhaps you will need to take this path and visit Palawan.
