Looks delish...as long as it doesn't have meat in it. :) Potatoes, corn, green onion or scallions, shishito pepper, sauce...what is the pink? Is that an egg or cheese on the top?
@gardenfolk It did have brisket, but no need to include. The pink in top are pickled red onions and yes to the egg. Cheese wont hurt :-) Super yummy. Take a picture and show me if you make it.
@photohoot Thanks, Wendy! I did look up the recipe. I was hoping the pink was pickled ginger. Will see if I get around to making it. I have been so scattered and busy lately. :)
