I managed to make it into the City just in time to see the Yarra turn a beautiful intense blue. Not sure I captured it here but the lights, reflections, colours all look stunning at this time of day.
A nice evening City shot. I am drawn to the series of street lamps, and I would be tempted to see if there was an interesting shot could be found there. Just a thought.
Thanks Peter for your comments, your follow (will happily reciprocate) and your fav on my earlier Walkway shot. I agree, the row of street lamps would, in themselves make a really interesting shot. We have a Canon 60D which could probably handle the glare of the lights a bit better (couldn’t find any setting in the phone which might have toned that first light down a bit - feel it’s too bright). I want to bring the other camera with the tripod in one night - see what I can achieve. You can’t tell from my image but it was so challenging to be taking photos in that area. It’s a very popular pedestrian/bike path and I was constantly having to dodge both! :)
