Interesting place, I had no idea you could walk around & visit here. Is this the large building on the north side of Dalton Square?

@happypat yes it is the place on Dalton square , it is heritage open days and happens once a year check out www.heritageopendays.org.uk

Love this shot and like the way the stairs lead you right to the portrait - did you notice it looks like the man in the picture is carrying a tray with lots of white mugs (of tea) on it??

@perspectivesimages yes I forgot to put it in the title but didn't see it as mugs more like a garland of lights around his middle, but like the mugs better
