it's nearly gone

this building has been an eyesore since the owners left year and years ago. I wonder what is coming, please no more office blocks or student apartments. A big Marks and Spencer would be good.

Well, if it was in W/haven it would have been left for decades and would become estate agents or charity shop or a cash convertor shot so yes a big m&s would be good, but hey anything is better than derelict!

@pennystot never thought of that, the only trouble is you cannot park near at the moment as the sewers are getting a makeover and the town traffic is being diverted all over the place. this is me in a trafficjam
