My amazing "ickle bro' gave a talk in our home town today on his expedition to the South Pole and his battle to recuperate from the mental and physical after effects. His brother (my ex) was unable to attend as he's currently seriously ill in hospital... Al used his experiences of both the expedition and being a professional motivational speaker to raise funds tonight for Diabetes UK.
