The Dinner Lady Detectives by Hannah Hendy
The story revolved around the physical and mental failing brought on by old age of the ladies solving the mystery. I was very put out to find in an early chapter one was 61 the same age as me. Each age related reference after that had me reeling! I checked with my 75 year old friend who'd passed the book onto me if I was being over sensitive but nope he'd thought the same! I won't be reading any more in this series!
