In regard to your comment about the horse carriages being a "rare" occurance, they go by my house probably every 20 minutes on a good summer day. The sound is wonderful...I really do feel, here, I'm transported back in time. Our house is in the historic district of town, so everything around us is quite old, but people take a lot of pride in keeping the homes beautiful. I never stop feeling fortunate that we were able to buy a house here!
