Another day cooped up in the house studying. Not that the cold, miserable, uninviting weather outside was a much better option.

This photo might be good, but to me it feels a little dreary. It's part of a "tapestry starter kit" that I've had unopened for about ten years now. What possessed me to suddenly unearth it and take photos of the thread contained inside it, I'll never know. Boredom? Study-induced insanity? xD

Nice DOF with the focus settling on the knot. I can see where it would be difficu;t to get out on some days to get pictures...and it becomes a nice time to get some of your money's worth out of a 10-yr old tapestry kit!
