-44 below outside so I took this downy woodpecker through my kitchen window. I am wondering how much that would affect the clarity of the picture as opposite to taking it outside.
He'll need that down to keep him warm! I spotted a blue woodpecker last week, but there were too many branches in the way for me to get a clear shot. This looks pretty clear to me....and the plus side of taking it from your kitchen, no frozen fingers! :-)
