Looking out from the top of the hill you can see the number of trails that are available to choose from, fortunately they all end up at the same place the Chalet for both warmth and food.

That's a good question Islandgirl but since all of them end up at the same place it really doesn't matter! Food and warmth must sound wonderful after the downhill ski....Lovely shot and wonderful scenery!
I can still remember the feeling of being up on top ready to ski down the hill. It's such a wonderful feeling all by yourself. (even when there are dozens around I would feel alone). Love your shot. Love your snow laden trees framing this.
That is one sport I would have loved my hands on and have never managed to even try out. What a beautiful view even though I would never think of living in those conditions.
not a skier, so I can't quite relate. But. I can definitely say that I really like the presence of a person in the landscape picture. (and, when I'm out on the mountain, I really like being that only person.)
