Now that we are experimenting with lighting effects, I selected this photo for it's dramatic lighting one of the categories to explore this week. It was taken near my house in the early morning on a very cloudy day when the sun burst through the clouds creating intense light on the right hand side, while leaving the island on the left shrouded in darkness. I'm pleased with the effect created in Light room, moody, mysterious and very dramatic in black and white.
