-set my camera to continuous shooting
-use tv mode and a slow shutter speed, 1/30. 1/60
-telephoto lens about 150, or whatever lens works best for you
-hand held I hold my camera close to me and follow along with a vehicle going parallel, try a biker, runner, or a pet
I end up with a lot of photos but always have a couple of good ones.
