This is holly checking the weather conditions for her annual boat ride.
Another one in my series of Holly (my birman cat) in my husband's painting. It can be a challenge because she is camera shy! She does cooperate very well when treats are involved! Lol
I wouldn't be able to do this without the help of my husband, he manages Holly, the treats and the painting and I photograph!
Thank you for your lovely comments on my photo of "Holly and the Ice Berg"
@henrir Thanks Henri Holly is actually in front of the painting, no layers or PS! It can be very tricky and a two person job, thanks to my husband for helping!
I love your husband's art work - beautiful scenes and colour tones . I do not think Holly is very enthralled at the thought od rowing out to sea !! ha ah -- especially when she can be in the warmth and comfort of your home ! Lovely image - waiting for the next one ! fav
I like how well you've been able to match the lighting (colour, direction, softness) on Holly with the lighting in the painting. It really adds to the sense that it is one coherent scene, that either Holly is part of the painting, or that Holly really is sitting in the canoe.
@harbie thanks Harbie I’m glad we three brought a smile to your face!
This is actually her good side Lol!
She usually turns her head when she sees my camera..........when I don’t have treats!
