This is another shot from my trip to the Canadian Rockies.
Emerald lake is located in Yoho National Park, British Columbia, Canada. It is the largest of Yoho's 61 lakes and ponds, as well as one of the park's premier tourist attractions.
The lake is enclosed by mountains of the President Range, as well as Mount Burgess and Wapta Mountain. This basin traps storms, causing frequent rain in summer and heavy snowfalls in winter.
Thank you for Your comments and favs on yesterday’s wildflowers much appreciated!
What's not to LOVE about this exquisite location! Such a primo holiday for the two artists that you and your husband are! Now I KNOW you've been having a wonderful time!
@Weezilou thanks Louise nice to hear from you!
I was actually on a holiday with my two sisters not my husband, we were in Alberta and British Columbia exploring the mountains......I’ve been home now for a month!
