Seems like they'll issue a license to just about anyone these days! One of my favorite sayings when I drive is "doggone drivers," so when I happened on these two,
I laughed so hard I almost missed the shot.
At least they are watching the road carefully!! I'm sure they are very safe drivers (but wonder how hard it is for the driver to reach the brake pedal?
