I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday celebration! We visited friends in San Diego, enjoyed more fabulous sunsets and partied into the wee hours. But I have to admit my party photos were a total disaster— blurry and out of focus -must have been the champagne… I’m also behind on commenting so I’ll try to catch upon that tomorrow.
For today I am posting this sequel to Monday’s sunset shot. I was so happy that one made it to the PP (thank you all so much!). This one is a closer view of the same couple—with a little bonus-the young woman was cradling an infant in her arms! You can see the little head in silhouette which didn’t show in the first post.
This is a beautiful silhouette, I think I like this one much better than the distant view of the one from the other day. Both are awesome, but I like the close up of the couple with the child.
So glad you posted this....sort of brings it into focus, and so appropriate for this day! Wonderful image.... Also, one of these days we will have to hook up when you are in San Diego!
@panthora I was so pleased that you picked up on the reference I had intended with my post on the 25th! I saw it as sort of a modern day nativity scene. Let's do meet in San Diego- I'm there every couple weeks. Not sure how to officially contact you?
