Visited the 9/11 Memorial Museum, which opened two weeks after our last visit to NYC last April. The design of the memorial is extraordinary and the artifacts, including photos and extensive biographies of all the victims of the attack, moved us to tears as we re-lived that awful day.
I will probably have limited time for posting and even less for commenting during this trip. I apologize in advance but a whirlwind schedule, and uncertainty about the availability of WIFI or internet will make it challenging to do consistent posts. Right now I'm in Capetown getting ready for our first day
of seeing the sights around the city.
