I'm way behind on posting, mainly because I'm two weeks into remodeling two homes at the same time and going a bit nuts in the process! No time for actual photography, except to take memo shots for the projects themselves. Not so interesting to see photos of holes in the drywall, bad electrical wiring or the horrors of replacing old plumbing so I'll refrain from posting those. The color palette for the beach cottage is mainly neutrals with ocean blue accents. The iPad screen shows the glass tile backsplash for the guest bathroom. Can't wait to see how it comes together.
Wow, is remodeling a business and or a hobby? Sounds like an awful lot of work. We opted for a new house instead of buying one that needed remodeling. Didn't think we could handle the stress.
Elizabeth, this is going to look so beautiful when it is done!! Love your color palette!! Those green blues are going to look fabulous at that beach cottage! So, you finally took the plunge and decided to renovate the bathrooms!! When I was looking for a house to buy as a single woman I kept asking the realtors to find me a fixer upper at a good location, and they kept ignoring me. They would show me renovated townhomes that I hated because they could not believe I wanted to take such a project on!! Had to fire a few of them....lol!

When I was looking for a house to buy as a single woman I kept asking the realtors to find me a fixer upper at a good location, and they kept ignoring me. They would show me renovated townhomes that I hated because they could not believe I wanted to take such a project on!! Had to fire a few of them....lol!
