No it’s not just seaweed, it’s a living breathing Sea Dragon that is one of the weirdest creatures I’ve ever seen. I visited the Aquarium of the Pacific last week with all manner of tropical fish, sharks, sea lions and then this swam by with its leaf-like appendages. It was about 8 inches long and resembled a sea horse tangled up in a piece of seaweed. Native to Australia, these little predators eat plankton and blend right in with the plant life. Not a great shot but I wanted to post it.
