In June of 2016, I travelled to Italy with my husband who was doing research for his first novel. I shot hundreds of photographs, including this one of a famous tailor shop on the Via Condotti in Rome. A cropped version of this photo initially served as inspiration for the cover of the novel but at the eleventh hour, the publisher recommended changing the book title and cover photo.
