Cathedral Rock

This is another of Sedona’s vortex sites— believed to be a rare place where energy projects into or out of the planet’s core. At Cathedral Rock, the “feminine” energy enters the earth and is said to have introspective power to connect people to memories and past lives. Three days of thunder and lightning storms kept us from hiking but didn’t dampen our enthusiasm for this magical place.
Such a wonderful capture of this gorgeous scenery. Those rock formations are amazing.

Gorgeous rocks… I remember my visits to Sedona and the warning signs about flash flooding issues… hopefully there was none of that when you were there.

It is such a gorgeous place. I've been up to the saddle several times but have never felt the vortex.
