One of the views of Home. I have just realised how shameful the number of 'home' photos I have in my project is. My parents sold my childhood home almost 7 years and so I don't live here any more, but I do live within 5 miles and still work here so how come I spend so little time there now, in the place I love so dearly. All my home photos are tagged roachling-home so I can keep them all together. It was another dull and gloomy day. The tree is one of my favourite trees and it was also my photo on 14th June

I would love to live here... So lovely even on a gloomy day.

A beautiful shot Louise, despite the gloom. Carsington? Ogston? You are blessed to live in an area of such beauty.

@seanoneill
this one is Tittesworth Reservoir in Meerbrook. It sits below my childhood Playground, the Roaches, on the edge of the Peak District.

@roachling Ahh, not an area I know as well as around Carsington. Nonetheless, it is beautiful and has a rugged serenity to it.

This area is not far from Carsington, it's worth a visit if you're nearby. The Roaches are stunning :)
