the annual tradition continued despite me being very ill today... we make 'spiced christmas nuts' every christmas eve and they're so delicious, they don't usually last long at all. This year, I've been so ill we haven't touched them yet - a week after we made them!
Is that coriander, fennel and chilli?

almost! it's coriander, cumin seeds and chilli in there but I do also add fennel later as I love it. They're delicious, though I still don't feel like eating any yet!

I don't (can't) do nuts, but that spice mixture must have smelled wonderful. Sorry to hear you're poorly, wishing you a speedy recovery.
