I went to photograph the cotton grass again and as usual, there were curlews around but none I could photograph. As I drove home along the lane I spotted one just sitting in a freshly mown hay field and it obliged me for a couple of minutes before flying away. I found it hard to photograph as it was so bright in the sunshine and I couldn't see the LCD display on either camera properly, but this didn't turn out too badly. I've realised that the photo doesn't look as good on 365 as it does elsewhere, the 365 site seems to have really dulled it.
Interesting little birdy, not seen one of those before. Good capture too, wildlife, especially birds, always move or run away when I try and get a photo!
