That start of another hard day. The stress and pressure of my teacher/student workload is too much and I have made myself ill. I've had chats with people at school, my family and a friend who did teacher training a couple of years ago, and have been given 2 days off to rest, think and make a decision about whether I feel I can carry on or if it's time to give up. I'm pretty certain I've made the decision, but I want to be sure so I'm really glad to have a bit of time out.
So sorry to hear that Louise. It certainly has sounded like an insane amount of work and pressure! Sounds such a tough decision either way, but also sounds like you've got some great support to sound off against. Relax, take it easy next couple of days and be kind to yourself. Some decisions are hard but please take care and really be kind to yourself. We often think of others before ourselves, sounds to me it is time you spent some time and kindness on yourself. Good luck and take care.
