monthly tree

I'm photographing this tree from the same spot every month this year. This is the penultimate shot and I'm pleased about that as I've been getting fed up of having to do the same walk every month to go and take this shot! Although saying that, I really enjoyed the walk today and I wouldn't have gone were it not for this tree project. There are a few more photos here:

I really love this idea you have had for doing the same scene on the same day each month... I will probably find a nice spot locally and adopt this idea myself starting next year.

Maybe you could start this as an idea on your blog (like the 52 weeks of happy) or on here in the discussion, getting more people to do it?

Thanks. I haven't quite managed to make it the same day each month but I have taken a picture each month and I've done it for three trees so I'll have three collages coming up next month. I am thinking of finding another tree or view for 2014!
