Another scene I snapped quickly on my way home - this is a real challenge for me at the moment as I'm so useless at indoor shots but am out before the sun rises in the morning and the light is fading when I leave school, but hey, I'm doing a photo a day, as I did in year 1 and quite enjoying it (at least for now!)

I don't often say this, but I think this shot looks better view a bit larger.

Yes, large view brings out some of the detail around the water. It's a lovely scene...and real life! I sympathize with your problem about the light. I'm looking forward to spring.
